Service Description

At the first consultation I will get to know your story and delve into your questionnaire in order to assess the imbalances that are leading into your symptoms. We will then discuss a nutrition and lifestyle plan, that suits your needs and routine, and agree your first steps towards wellness. My approach is based on food first but I may also recommend tests and supplements where appropriate. Consultation charges include prior personalised research, a written report and a discount code that can be used on supplements and other products. Payment is by BACS in advance or by card, cash or cheque at the appointment.
